TOS

Breaking TOS wil result in a warning. 3 warnings will result in a permanent blacklist. Severity of broken TOS might also result in an instant ban.
Please be sure to read all of the TOS.Commissions (goes for all art things)
✧ Payment after the sketch.
✧ After the sketch stage no changes can be made anymore
✧ I have the right to decline if I don't feel comfortable doing the commission. Or I cannot draw said characters.
✧ No refunds.
✧ If you pay using paypal, invoices will be sent by me.
✧ Do not use my work for AI
✧ Credit me if you decide to use my work for anything
✧ I try to finish commissions within 1 month depending on the work. I will notify you incase of delays.
✧ Please be patient with me, I will update you on sketching, lining & coloring.
✧do not edit my art in any way, shape or form. Same goes for tracing.Designing characters
✧ I cannot work with moodboards/pictures!! (I need either a written description, color pallette's, or refrences!)
✧ Don't buy a custom from me if you plan on redesigning it immediately.
✧ I have the right to turn a custom design into a adopt if the client does not pay within 1 week of the sketch being done.

✧ You cannot sell the design for higher than i'ts base vallue unless commissioned art is added or your own art. (following your own commission prices.)
✧ Backing out/ghosting/deleting bids will result in a warning.
✧ do not remove my designs from Toyhouse, you will immediately be banned from future adopts.
✧do not remove my watermark/TH credit, this will also result in a ban from future adopts.
✧ All sales are final, there will be no refunds.
✧ If offering art, the artwork must be finished within 1 month. if not, the design will go to the next person.
✧ Don't bid/offer if you cannot pay.
✧ If there is no response from the winner of the adopt within 48hrs, the design will go to the next person.
